Presence in Stillness
Stillness is not fixity. Stillness implies movement within achieved through focused attention, not rigidity. Stillness amid chaos is about finding clarity and navigating through change with a sense of flow and fluidity.
Presence in stillness gives us moment - or several - to pause, breathe, and listen to our inner wisdom.
From this place, we can respond rather than react as we remember and align to our values. From this place, we can dream, identify what might be holding us back from living our dreams, and take action to transform our lives and the world around us.
Guided Meditations
Here you will find 10-15 minute guided meditations for you to enjoy at any time.
To get the most out of a meditation, set aside some time for yourself - ideally 20-30 minutes. Leave behind any notions about what meditating “looks like” and get comfortable - really comfortable. Each meditation starts with a brief story and teaching, followed by body / breath guidance to settle your nervous system, and a brief meditation practice. At any time during the practice, feel free to adjust your body, your gaze, your breath as you turn your attention inward. If your mind wanders during a practice, know that is normal and simply return to the practice as easily as you drifted away.
After each meditation, the invitation is to take time to note / record anything you remember or that came up for you in the meditation and begin to integrate what you learned about yourself. This isn’t about remembering everything - whatever you remember is perfect and what you need to know at this moment. And taking note of what you do remember is key to transforming your life.
Feel free to return to one or more meditations at any time. These recordings are currently offered free of charge for your personal practice.
Periodically the meditations will change. In the future, a membership option will be available for access to all archived meditations, access to downloadable recordings (for offline use), as well as early access to new meditations.

Light Meditation
Do you feel the tug to do something and find yourself wondering if what you’re doing is right or “good enough?” This meditation is designed to keep you motivated, inspired, and connected to a bigger vision for your life and the world knowing your contributions are valuable and necessary.
Shadow Meditation
We all have aspects of our life or world that is outside our field of awareness - something that is making choices for us - often a belief or habit we have had since childhood. This is our shadow.
This meditation brings your consciousness to an unconscious bias so it can no longer influence your decisions, your life, and your dream for your life.
Action Meditation
Do you long to try something new and don’t know where to start? This meditation will guide you toward expansion and guide you to identifying tangible action step(s) to move you in the direction of your vision.
1-minute Meditations
Sometimes all we have is a minute. Sometimes all we need is a minute.
You are invited to pause wherever you are, watch a short 1-minute video, breathe, and return to yourself. You’ll notice that sometimes there might be sounds or people or critters that feel like “distractions” and that is part of the practice - being with what is without judgment. Life is full of distractions; we practice pausing, being present to get better at life - sometimes a breath, a minute is all it takes to respond in alignment with our intention instead of reacting.
The recordings posted here are offered free of charge for your personal practice. Periodically the videos will change - finding a literal minute to pause and take a breath is a regular practice for me.
