Awaken: A Journey into Presence, Purpose, and Possibility
Aligned with the seasons, this 4-part in-person workshops series is for anyone who feels the quite pull toward something more - more presence, more meaning, more connection, more impact… Through conscious movement, meditation, ritual, journaling, and sacred sharing in community, we will explore what it means to connect to our inner voice and embodied wisdom, while also gently turning toward the world to offer our unique gifts.
Workshops will be offered individually, as well as in a series of 4 (for a discounted price) beginning September 2025.
Additional information coming soon - please fill out the form below to be added to our mailing list to receive the details. (Your survey responses will help shape the workshop and do not obligate you in any way.)

September 2025
We begin by honoring our ancestors and the path we’ve walked so far, harvesting the fruits our work, discarding what no longer serves us, and preparing to begin again.
-
January 2026
We start the new year with visioning and laying the ground work for what wants to be birthed, what wants to be created moving forward. What will you dream into existence?
-
April 2026
Having laid the foundation and planted seeds, what new growth is emerging? As we (re)align with our vision, we notice what is flourishing, what needs tending, and maybe what needs to be adjusted or discarded.

June 2026
As summer’s longer days and promise of adventure begin to pull us off-center, we pause to look inward, remember what really matters to us, and find a path forward that includes perspective and balance.
“Looking behind, I am lifted with gratitude.
Looking forward, I am filled with vision.
Looking upward, I am filled with strength.
Looking within, I discover peace.”
